Sandra Sargent, LCSW

I am committed to helping you navigate life’s many stressors. To quote CS Lewis, “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” My philosophy is that life is a series of ups and downs, and everyone can benefit from assistance during these difficult times. I have often said “Everything is ok until it’s not.” My belief is that you are the expert of your own life and that you have the answers within you. I can assist you by being objective, compassionate, and by helping you to process your thoughts and feelings. I will help you look at things from another perspective, in an effort to develop solutions to help you improve your quality of life.

My life experience has made me an empathetic compassionate woman who can assist and guide you in making the changes you desire in your life. I’ve travelled extensively as a military spouse and understand the concerns and sacrifices that military families face. As the spouse of a retired military veteran, I understand the challenges in adapting to life as a civilian outside the military.

I am dedicated as a helping professional to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to heal and learn positive coping skills. Please call to schedule your first appointment. I look forward to meeting and working with you to accomplish your goals.
