Online Counseling or Telemental Health/Tele Behavioral Health is how it is referred to by many insurers. These terms have the same meaning and are often used interchangeably.

It is an honor for CCS to serve our military. Active Duty Dependents and Retirees can even enjoy this secure and convenient method of counseling without a doctor’s referral! Active Duty service members are required by Tricare to obtain a referral prior to receiving services.

That’s a welcome convenience and can even improve your overall counseling experience.  We are dedicated to offering the best services possible and you can now receive quality care from the comfort of your own living room.

Online Counseling is a somewhat contemporary method to meet with a counselor. It’s considered to be very relaxing and convenient, and can even save you time. If you live in the state of NC, you can choose a counselor/therapist from any CCS location. A session can take place using your computer or smartphone.
