Michelle Willis, LCMHC

Welcome! I am honored that you are considering working with me on your journey to improving your life satisfaction and meeting your goals.

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Therapy is a collaborative process, building on the skills and strengths you and/or your family already have, healing, learning, and defining goals for your best life vision. Whether your concern is depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, emotional, behavioral, or academic difficulties for your child, life transitions, or other struggles, I can help!

You will be met with warmth, empathy, non-judgmental acceptance, and compassion as we explore your life’s challenges and/or those of your family. A safe place awaits you to heal, grow, and learn communication, problem solving, and coping skills to actively begin feeling and relating in a healthier, more satisfying manner.

Let’s be genuine. Life can be hard, with struggles in healing and moving through painful, challenging experiences. However, your past or current difficulties do not have to define you or your future. Change is possible!
