Katherine Bender, LCMHCA

Life can get a bit overwhelming sometimes, and we may need help navigating through these challenges to find some mental and emotional clarity. As your therapist, it is my goal to provide a safe and open space that allows you to do just that.
I enjoy working with adults (18+) for individual counseling using a strengths-based approach. If you’ve been struggling with depression and want to feel joy, happiness, and excitement again, or if you’ve been battling with anxiety and want to learn how to manage it rather than just experience it, counseling can help! We will work together to build new, healthy coping skills that you can use in your everyday life.
Give me a call today, and let’s get you scheduled for your first appointment. I look forward to working with you in creating the life you deserve.
